SUPPLIES
Supplies for class projects are provided by the Art Base unless otherwise indicated in course description. For Summer Camps, please provide a packed lunch, water bottle and two snacks for your child; if your child is attending a half-day camp, please pack a water bottle and snack. Dress your child for mess and be sure they have sun protection - a hat and sunscreen - as we will be spending time outdoors.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a class registration, please give as much notice as possible. Cancellations within 48 hours of class start are subject to cancellation fees up to the total cost of registration. Camps canceled within 14 days of the start of the camp will be fully refunded, minus a $50 deposit. Camps canceled less than 14 days before the start of the camp will be refunded 50% of the total registration fee. Camps canceled less than 48 hours before the start of the camp will not be refunded.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships are available for all Art Base classes. Applications can be found on the Art Base website in both English and Spanish. Email the completed application or questions regarding scholarships to programs@theartbase.org.
REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
Art Base supporters of $50 and higher receive a 10% discount on all classes & workshops for you and your immediate family for 1 year from the date of donation. (Discounts do not apply to partner programs)
PHOTO AND DIGITAL LIKENESS USAGE CONSENT
During classes and events at the Art Base, your or your child’s image and/or likeness may at any time be captured by still photography, videography, or other photographic or electronic means. Unless consent is waived on the class registration form or the Art Base is notified in writing that you do not want your or your child’s image to be used, the Art Base reserves the right to use any such image, photograph, video, or the like for archival, social media, marketing, or other Art Base related purposes.
PETS
Please leave our furry friends at home unless they are registered as a service animal.
